Introduction :-
““Swasthasya swasthya rakshanam aturasya vikar prashamanam cha.”
To maintain the health of a healthy person & to cure the disease of a diseased one is the main aim of Ayurveda. This swasthya is based on 3 pillars of the body i.e.dosha, dhatu & mala.
“Dosha dhatu mala mulam hi shariram.”
The Sharir Kriya is the basic subject of Ayurveda for 1st B.A.M.S. students and mainly deals with these 3 pillars. The Knowledge of basic Siddhanta is given to students with their practical importance & hence the 1st BAMS students are familiar with Ayurveda.
The different aspect of each Ayurvedic concept & their application in practice is shown to the students to enhance their skills & thinking capacity.
Aim-
To give the basic knowledge & to give a new scientific approach to UG students in the skills of Ayurveda & making them eligible to stand in the clinical practice.

• According to Ayurveda, every individual is unique. And knowing about the uniqueness of every individual’s “Prakriti Parikshana” is important, and it is used for the analysis of body and mind, which is a speciality of the living human body.

Our mission is to highlight the basic concepts of Kriya Sharir and to give a scientific approach to undergraduate and postgraduate students and their skills of Ayurveda and making them compatible to apply in society as a great boon for benefit of mankind and peace.
